We had a charge on our final bill that was not included in the estimate. While it was ultimately refunded, we had to argue to get it refunded, and the to get full amount refunded. It felt a little ‘shady’.

None at this time about the service. I think communication between service managers and me was hampered by the internet system chosen by Bob Tyler Toyota. It was a run around. It bred frustration which led to anger instead of good will.

I would have loved if someone would have talked to me about my car.but instead i was told i was done and i need to sign paperwork at the desk. Not a friendly transaction.

I have 3 vehicles registered at Bob Toyota, and I see some serious awesome changes in service and customer support. The multi-point inspection video is amazing.
