Ellen was top notch...we arrived early and she was more than willing to deal with us...and she did a great job from beginnig to end...very professional....
We had a charge on our final bill that was not included in the estimate. While it was ultimately refunded, we had to argue to get it refunded, and the to get full amount refunded. It felt a little ‘shady’.
Mr.Greg Mann has great customer service. I'm gonna i will not trade him for anybody else.
None at this time about the service. I think communication between service managers and me was hampered by the internet system chosen by Bob Tyler Toyota. It was a run around. It bred frustration which led to anger instead of good will.
