They treated me like a person not for my money
A 1 day job, and understandably a 2 day job because of needing to order parts, turned into a 4 day job for no excusable reason. I probably won’t bring anything back for service or repairs unless I get a loaner vehicle which the previous dealership owner provided to me.
Michael did a good job with communication and being on time. This was my first time to your dealership and he started everything out great. I have fired two other Ford dealers recently due lack of simple ability to communicate and wanting to hold my vehicle hostage.

Michael is a great asset to the Ford team..very courteous and professional..answered all my questions..looked up things I asked about..went the extra mile to get my car part quickly and got my car in and fixed the same day..he has a great sense of humor and makes his customers feel at ease and trusting of the process..he's definitely a keeper!!!
I believe this is my fifth Escape from Tipton Ford. I like the smaller dealer ship and they have taken very good care of all my cars.
I was somewhat disappointed when I received my bill. I was told it was going to cost me $174. dollars or so. Then I went to pay for it and it was closer to 300!
First time here. Very nice easy going will be back in future for more service thanks again
