I liked the service but not the process. I had an appointment but it took all day. They were very nice and brought me home and picked me up. But I thought by having an appointment I would wait until my vehicle was finished in an hour or so.
Was great until 24 hours later. As I was driving to work, I noticed my heat wasn't working and the engine was getting warmer than usual. As I was driving home from work, my engine began to overheat. My coolant resevoir was completely dry, as if the lines were drained and fluid wasn't replaced. Work only half finished and now it is sitting undriveable to prevent further engine damage.
Service department was easy to work with and kept me informed the whole time. They also went above and beyond with getting my repairs taken care of.

I didn't feel like a valued customer. The person who assisted me at the service window wasn't much help and seemed put off when I asked questions about my vehicles recall.
My thought was maybe they had a rough day. Not sure, however, that doesn't reflect on the service of my car. I will return to Tipton Ford in the future, this was just a hiccup.

My vehicle did not get serviced. When I scheduled my appointment I specifically asked for a morning time because I needed my vehicle by a certain time. At 2:45 when I still hadn’t heard anything I called and was told that it had not been started yet. I came in and picked up my vehicle without anything being done to it. I will not be using your service department again. There are other Ford dealerships where I can get recall work completed and many other places for an oil change. This is an absolutely unacceptable way to run a business.
I'm having the same issue not long after you just fixed it.
I was very happy with the service on my vehicle, but there seems to be communication issues between your staff. The guy closing people out in the afternoon didn’t seem to know what work had been completed, or the status of anyone’s car. He said a lady leaves early everyday and she doesn’t tell him anything. My car was supposed to be ready at 3:30. I showed up at that time. I was told by a female employee it would be ready shortly. By 4:45 no one came to tell me my car was ready. I had to work a basketball game at Tipton middle school at 5:30, so I went back to the service area to check on my car. The guy behind the counter said he didn’t know anything about my car. He dug around for the paperwork, then said he thinks it’s ready. Somebody else took the paperwork and did something with it. And I finally got out of there around 5:00.
My 2010 Ford Escape was totaled in a wreck last week.
Thank you for getting me in quick and listening to my concerns. I’m still having IWE issues but Katlin go me in quick again to address the issue. Way better service with an other ford dealership that had it 5 times.

Paid to have brake lights, ABS lights fixed, I had already put new hub, new brakes and new wheel speed sensor. All that’s left was ABS brake module so had y’all do that and didn’t fix it.
I waited over 2 hours for a simple service. They did not give me any updates either I had to ask
