The tech did great. They had issues with the left and didn’t tell me why it took them extra 30 minutes plus. Plus when changing the filters(cabin and intake) tech walk by me and didn’t let me see the old ones. I had to ask for veterans discount and seem it was a **** for him to change plus ask why I didn’t get a discount for them take twice plus time to change oil. I’m very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my car in to hopefully get some answers on the problems I am having with my car. My rear end was serviced and I was told that it fixed the problem and it did absolutely nothing. I was quoted new shocks because my shocks were “loose”, jacked it up when I got home, checked and they weren’t loose. I was charged for the service, a bunch of diagnostic fees and got no answers. I used to like taking my cars here but not sure anymore.

I wouldn’t have my vehicle serviced there if I broke down right in front of your dealership. I’ve told everyone I know about the experience, any of them who’ve had the misfortune of dealing with you previously agreed. I thought the added touch was nice, my vehicle had been parked under a power line. The cost of repair was ridiculously high and my car was returned covered in bird ****, adding insult to injury. Don’t bother to contact me. You didn’t call while my vehicle was being serviced, why call now?
