Do not contact me. Had appointment to get key programed ....after 1 1/2 hours it was still not done. I needed to go. Requested if a loaner vehicle was available - was told no because I did not purchase truck at Tipton? With travel there and back and 1 1/2 hour wait I wasted over 2 hours of my time, 2+ hours of my husbands time and I paid $60 for no repair. You guys also won't work on my V10 - so I bring it to Kokomo and will be doing all of my service up there from now on. I was NOT the only unhappy 1:00 customer today. Awful experience.

Communications from staff to customer has not been 100 percent over the last couple of visits. No complaints about the tech but people answering phones and people at service desk need better communication. Last visit before today I was there for over3 hours for oil change and was told that just because you have a reservation doesn’t mean your car will be in at that time. For today’s appt. I made on Monday for a Wednesday at 7:30 am/ Tuesday recv’d a text with a reminder that my appt. Was Friday at 7:30/ called immediately to verify that my appt was scheduled for Wednesday @7:30 and was told they just made a date error in text and that I was scheduled for Wednesday at 7:30/ arriving this morning at 7:30 I was told I was 2 days early for my appt. The young lady got me in by 8:15. Ask at the service desk if I could get a ride and was told the person would be here by 8:00 so I said I could wait till then. Finally at 8:50 I had to ask a sales person and he dropped everything he was doing to take me where I needed to go. That young gentleman should be commended. Again technician did his job properly. I have made an appointment for my other car for next Monday at 9:00. Hopefully communications between service desk and customer hopefully will be better. I certainly like the work that Tipton ford has done on my two vehicles so that is why I bring them to your business instead of looking in Kokomo where I live. Thank you for your time in reading my comments.
