Took 5 minutes after pulling in for service rep to check in my car. Then just way too long of a wait for service (3 1/2 hours when told maybe 2 hours) and no communication about delay. Also saw my car was ready and had to find service rep to finally get it and checkout. Hoping it was a one time situation. No need to contact me - I’ve let you know the problem.

They said that we have a recall for the vehicle, and for the last six months, they have been saying that they don't have parts for it. I am very disappointed with that. I think the government has to stop Hyundai from manufacturing new vehicles because if they aren't able to fix old vehicle recalls, then there is no need to produce new vehicles.

Horne Hyundai had me in and out in 30 minutes. They gave me a written report showing everything the did and checked. Then they explained everything to me. It was a perfect experience.

I brought in for security update and oil change and tire rotation. They did the vehicle check filmed very GOOD. I chose to not do anything at the moment, I had other expenses more important, and these were not immediate. I went to get vehicle with wife , I found tire damage I ended up paying for two of four tires you guys ate the other two, I paid for alignment then they told me battery was bad ? They didn’t clean up tire lubricant. I then took car to O’ Reilly and had them do CCA test they said battery was great. I have only used Horne for service this was not the service I expect. I understand things happen I’ve done service for over thirty years sometimes the company has to eat there mistakes and not ask others to pay more.
