Took 2 hours for oil change service

Ignacio does a great job staying in contact with me. This particular service trip was a large job to engineer with plus adding the fact that I needed tires made it a big job with a big price tag. Ignacio answered my questions and I agreed that I just needed to go head and get it all done. They did a great job, in a timely fashion.

My appointment was set for 1030, I arrived at 1020. Was checked in by your porter who was very nice and polite. A few minutes later the service advisor Ignacio Mayoral came out and asked why I was there and if I just dropped in, I showed him my message showing appointment time. Told him I was there for a service and a recall issue. He stated it would be 4 hours, he could have me picked up by an Uber. I told him I live in Pine, Az would not think they would pay for that trip. He told me the 4 hours were necessary due to the service and recall issue. Told him I would have to wait. My vehicle was parked by the porter against the east wall. After two hours of sitting in the waiting room and looking at some of the new vehicles in the lot I stepped out and noticed my vehicle had not been moved from the spot where the porter parked it. I walked over to the vehicle and saw nothing had been done. I went inside where Mr Mayoral was seated and asked why my vehicle has not been moved, he stated he would check and came back and stated it was assigned to a technician. My statement was something to the effect, been assigned and worked on is two different things. When I questioned him about the time of my appointment, he told me that time was to see the advisor, not to have the vehicle worked on. It took another 20 minutes before the vehicle was driven into the shop by the technician. Service was completed in less than 90 minutes. In my estimation, I was there 2 hours more than I should have. My time is just as valuable as yours. Why make appointments……

He is a very busy man but he handles it with a smile. Very good with people and very knowledgeable. No high pressure.

Colby is great. Always answering any questions and getting your vehicle in and out and updating the progress on what time the vehicle will be ready. He always greets you with a friendly smile. Great person to work with.

Andrea was excellent. He was courteous, kept me informed, checked my warranty and made my visit much easier. He’s definitely an asset to your team.

He was very polite, thorough in explaining everything, wasn’t pushy about all the things I said no to, and the work was done in a very timely manner. I also appreciated the car wash.

Repair did take a long time. I was told the wait time was due to parts being shipped.

The service team was exceptionally professional and accommodating. Everyone needs to get a pay raise!

My driver seat still does not cool.

Very satisfied, however still wondering the cause of the issue. Hoping it was “ bad gas”.
