Andrae handled our Ioniq 6 recall service very competently. I appreciate his handling this all with a good attitude despite the appointment time somehow being incorrect in the work order system. andrae was able to get the service completed on time.

This dealership is always hustling on the upsell. I'd like to get the service i need, with no extras. I have yet to experience this at this shop. I am seriously pondering looking for a new place for service. No fault of Killian, who is pleasant and thorough. I recognize that he is doing what he's trained to do.

I was satisfied with Colby’s interaction, however in his absence I was not satisfied with the lack of communication from the dealership in regards to the status of my vehicle. I believe going a week without an update is much too long. Colby, however appeared sincere and understanding of my feelings in which I appreciated.,

Ignacio always does a fantastic job for myself and my vehicle! He’s so personable and kind, I actually look forward to taking my vehicle to Ignacio. I had an Uber take me to pick up my car, the gentleman said, “Shouldn’t a woman take a man with her to have her car serviced, make sure they don’t take advantage of you?” (He was from another country, different views perhaps), but I’ve NEVER thought that even once with Ignacio as my service person. I know he will always give me accurate and timely advice regarding my vehicle, and give me an honest price.

The service dept did a great job. I was waiting around that day and the time went past my expectations but Ignacio showed me why and I appreciate the attention to detail provided to my car. It feels amazing after the alignment was completed. Thanks again.
