I called the dealership around 1 pm. The service representative advised me to come in asap, after being asked for the soonest appointment I could get. I informed him I had a couple meetings and would leave work early. When I arrived, Colby told me he may be able to get the vehicle looked at but not fixed. I wasn’t surprised of this. I informed him of the prior phone conversation. Colby returned and told me we’d have to make an appointment because he couldn’t get me in. My response was that I’d go to another dealership. He came back with the foreman and was able to get me in. I was told one of the issues couldn’t be fixed if it couldn’t be recreated. I was able to Google the issue and find possible sources of the problem. Thus, it seems to be a common issue because it was listed in various forums and social media. I shouldn’t have to diagnose my own car repair. Also, this issue was present when I came in a few weeks and when I picked up my car last Friday. So, it took three visits to get it fixed. Another disappointing factor is that an a/c issue isn’t taken seriously. Before I was told I could drive the vehicle if parts weren’t in. It was over 100 that week. I informed the team I drive my adult son to work who has a seizure disorder and seizures can occur because of overheating. Today, when expressing being upset about this being my, at least, fifth visit for warranty issues on a car with less than 22k miles, I was told it’s just an a/c issue. I’d like to see Colby driving midday with blaring sun and 90 degrees and having to return to the office drenched in sweat, with a headache and grumpiness. Lastly, my car was kept running the entire time it was there. It went from being able to be driven another 77 mi to 33 mi. I’d think a little gas could be added. I forgot to add I’d texted Colby about the issue and hadn’t received a response. Also, at my last visit, I’d requested an Uber numerous times and it was finally ordered, the building number wasn’t entered so it didn’t show up. When explaining the issue, I was told he couldn’t control Uber. I explained he could control his data entry. I hope my car is really fixed this time. And, I hope the staff learns some empathy. I truly regret this purchase and hope to get out of this vehicle as soon as possible.

You don't really care. For over 2 years you people kept telling me my old car was removed, and it wasn't. Horne management doesn't know how to work with Hyundai Corporate. I was told my car had a recall. I wasted time and money coming up there, only to find my current car did NOT have a recall. It was the old car that was wrecked 2 years ago and destroyed, and shouldn't be in your data base.

The time frame for the free oil changes should be taken away. It didn't cost you anymore to give 4 without a a time limit. The cost of the oil change does not change. Dissatisfied customer.

Colby is knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Takes care of business! We stopped by today to see if Horne could fix the car after it was rear ended. Parts are ordered for the repairs we need and we look forward to getting the job completed when they come in.
