Had new windshield Wipers put on and when I reset turned them on and one came off. Immediately returned and when they checked they were the wrong Wipers. Toyota did not have the correct Wipers so they had to go out and get them I had to wait an additional 30 to 45 minutes. Everything else was OK.

I pulled in and nobody greeted me. Didn’t know what to do stood by my car for a long time. Finally asked somebody who couldn’t be identified as a Toyota employee. What to do. They didn’t really know after a while. I’m nice gal helped me got a text message when my car was done, came in to the cashier to pay. She was rude unhelpful and said I needed to go to my technician which I didn’t know who my technician was because I didn’t know anything when I came in All the say I was happy getting my veteran discount. I just feel like people were not concerned about customers at all or anybody else around them

The customer service was great and it appeared they did a thorough job servicing my car and inspecting it… but I wish the service techs were a bit more transparent about how long it would take my car to be serviced. I had an appointment for 11:15am for an oil change, rotation, and rear brakes replaced, and I didn’t leave the dealer until 4:00pm

Fez is awesome as well as Jeremy. Both are great and will be the only two people we deal with at Toyota moving forward. Appreciated the customer service and the honesty.

Mechanical service was fine. The issue was when I came back to pick up my vehicle. My services person was not at her desk. Understandable, I’m sure she was busy. Her office mate avoided me. Another service person when I spoke to him. Never looked at me when I asked for help and offered no assistance whatsoever. While waiting for her, I went to the cashier desk and asked for my rep and the cashier was going to call her when I saw her enter the service area He was going to help . The other two were very disappointing.
