I would just like to say that Andrew was wonderful to me. He explained questions I had and took care of me. He was polite and patient. As being in my late sixties I really appreciate a young person being so polite and patient. He also seemed to enjoy his job. So I will ask for him again.

Excellent exact example of the best service
I went for a tire rotation ONLY and they changed my oil without asking me. It still had 2,000 miles of life left on it!!!
Fawaz informed me of factory suggested service in addition to what I had requested and gave me a price quote of services to be provided. He informed me of another needed service once my car was inspected by the technician. He was friendly and very knowledgeable

Alex Galbreath made my recent service visit a great experience from start to finish. I came in expecting just a tire rotation, and Alex efficiently identified that I was also due for an oil change — both covered under my maintenance contract — and got both taken care of in a single visit. During the inspection, the team also caught that I needed a cabin air filter, which Alex communicated clearly so I could make an informed decision. Despite the additional service, I was in and out in about an hour. Alex was professional, communicative, and clearly focused on making the process as smooth as possible. I couldn't ask for better service!
Very disappointed in the cost of replacement parts for Toyota items. I can buy the entire tonneau cover after market for 1/4 of the price of your replace part, and it’s a better product. I get trying to make money, but when you are ripping your customers off, it really makes me wonder about Toyota products and quality.
