My issues have nothing to do with the person who was assigned to me. The process that this service center follows is very dissatisfying. I was in for the second time for the same check engine message. I had an appointment the amount of time I had to wait was obnoxious. The fact that you guys have a policy that says if somebody is picking me up means I go to the back of the line or I have lower priority is the silliest thing I’ve ever heard of. I was picked up so I didn’t have to sit in the lounge the entire time at a minimum this should be explained to someone who is getting picked up either you all had too many appointments or you were shortstaffed because it was over two hours before my truck was even looked at. I was there for almost 4 hours and then I had to leave to make a flight which means I have to come back Again. I don’t know what was going on, but again, my experience was not good. Again, this has no reflection on the person assigned to me, but instead to the policies or processes that this facility follows.

I was advised that my vehicle did not need rotors but then mysteriously when I brought it back for brake pads 5 days later the rotors where so damaged that they could not be cut but instead had to be replaced. As a result my cost was more than double what I was quoted. I feel as though the service department imposes repairs upon customers just to make commission. I shared my concerns with the sales girl who said there was nothing she could do. Then mysteriously when I picked the vehicle up the cost was reduced if to appease my valid concerns. As a result of this experience, I will never bring my vehicle back to your establishment again.

Duration was as stated upon arrival. No excessive wait for basic oil change and tire rotation. Service Writer was courteous and professional.

Andrew did a great job. However I was check in by a young lady. I told her one of my specific requests was to have Mobil 1 oil. Instead the invoice came back saying that bulk oil was installed. A couple of days earlier I brought in my 2005 Sienna when I got home I checked the invoice more closely and discovered that instead of the mileage saying 100k plus it said on the invoice 200k plus.
