Buenas tardes, me siento satisfecha con la atención del señor Portillo , ya que por fin alguien me entendió las fallas que siempre tenía y fueron realmente corregidas .
Falta una y me dio la orientación para poder llevarla y ser corregida . Lástima que era ya la última evaluación gratuita por millas y tiempo.

I was unable to understand the technician’s audio in the service review. Too much background noise.
I was disappointed to see that my normal service advisor had left and was no longer there. But Fawaz picked right up where my old advisor left off. He was very informative, helpful and even told me about a special promotion that Toyota was running. He was phenomenal. I will be requesting him for every service. 5 STARS

However, I was disappointed with my car being cleaned. I had terrible water spots everywhere. Only the front floor mats were cleaned and nothing in the back was cleaned.

I always have the best care on Toyota in Murfreesboro x years but today the person that he assisted me with name DC apparently was not happy with me because he offer so many thing that I was not able to pay and after my car was ready he stayed for more that 25 minutes and he did not bring my car key to pay .Finally he co work near him brought my key and I was able to leave.
He was not assisted anybody when I told him that my car was ready .He just look upset with me and I was wait until he wanted.
Bad service. I never wanted his assisted again.
