I had to return a vehicle that you rotated my tires and didn’t tighten the lug nuts. Two were completely off and 9 were loose. Dangerous and unacceptable.

Including tire rotation in the cost for an oil change makes people like me who bought our tires there pay inflated prices for service I basically pre-purchased with the tires. This isn’t hard. Next time, I’ll consider alternatives.
