Since purchasing my Tacoma in June of 2024 it has always been serviced by Toyota of Murfreesboro. I have routinely brought it in for servicing every 5,000 miles. ToM has consistently provided me with excellent service and in a very timely fashion to boot.

I was greeted quickly and checked in for service. Got taken home and the shuttle was great! They picked me up again and while I waited to check out and pay, the shuttle guy got me water! Foud was good to work with and even came out to check to see if my mirror was fixed. Great service!

I’m happy you were able to fix the battery.. but my car still says maintenance required. Take it to a dealer… last time I had my car serviced here for an oil change, hybrid maintenance you guys forgot to fill my windshield wiper fluid up.. so much for checking all of the fluids.. I spent $700 and had to put windshield washer fluid in my own car. Or in Vegas or just a little bit more thorough… when it comes to going through the car and the maintenance. Kind of disappointed that my light is still on, and I don’t understand how that wasn’t caught…

My appointment was set for 330. I went out at 4:20 and noticed my vehicle has not been touched. My time is valuable also. I took my vehicle and left without the oil change. Thanks for your survey.

Deandre was fine. He did a great job of trying to up-sell the brake fluid replacement. I am just concerned that this is a new service being offered that doesn't make much difference. I am a single mom who could have spent money I didn't have if I believed that my brake fluid needed to be flushed and replaced. I am grateful that I have a family member who is a mechanic and told me that this is a new service and that he would never pay to have it completed on any vehicle he owns. Not only would he not pay for it he would never do it to a vehicle he owns in order to maintain regular upkeep. I am astonished that Toyota is a brand that would allow such nonsense to be solicited. This doesn't seem like the same company I chose to spend money with. Shame on you Toyota.

I didn't get my report until I went there to pickup my car. I asked and then They sent it to me. So I couldn't done all the work need to be done today.

Fawaz was very thorough and explaining all of the services related to my car. I appreciate the time that he took explaining the services and that my vehicle had a recall. My service was completed in a timely manner. The entire experience was very positive.

The service was fine, John was very easy good to work with. The reason I am not completely satisfied is the fact my appointment was set for 7am but the service department did not open until 8am. So, I had to wait until they opened.
