Only thing that could have been better is communication. I had to call to know when the car was ready or if anything had been done. Didn’t get any messages prior to that
Deandre was speedy and professional as all of the car porters. The mechanics were quick and efficient in the service.
Satisfied with the service providers but disappointed with having to bu a new battery in under 3 years and new tires in one year. Seems like Toyota is taking an expensive car and going cheap from the factory.

Ken was extremely helpful. From the time I pulled in up until the time I left, he was very attentive and answered all of my questions. He even showed me the video of the techs performing the services. I didn't know that they do that.I left confident in knowing I wasn't taken advantage of.

Service writer(s) were very unprofessional and tried to upsell unnecessary Services by deploying manipulating sales tactics. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle after a scheduled oil change and tire rotation I was offered "20% off for an air filter change". I declined because I already bought the part last time they recommended it and replaced it myself. I was then told I had to have that maintenance performed by them specifically so it was on "record" or it would void my warranty. Even though I had record and receipt of buying the part from the same parts department. I left and wont come back.
