Deandre was very nice and helpful but it seemed to take a long time and it was very expensive. If it wasn’t for the lifetime warranty, I would not bring the car back for service.

Fez did a great job! I did have to bring my truck back because maintenance forget to reset the switch that shows maintenance required. I brought it back and Fez was right on it!
I was told to move behind another car. A truck pulls up about 10 minutes later and had no problem parked and waiting in front of the garage door. I was told it would take hours it have my passenger side seat checked. It took just a little over an hour. What if her comment made me say nevermind, which it almost did. Thank goodness I always expect Toyota to be complete liars. So I took a chance and said that's fine it has to be fine right. I doubt you when did the complete inspection of the car. You are never in the wrong, right?
He was personable and polite
My truck is still doing the same thing that it was brought in for. Even though the technician said he couldn’t find anything wrong at this time. This also the second time I have had this in for the same reason and both times could not find anything wrong.
He explained everything so I understood what needed to be done. Got me in and out quicker than I expected.
