Poor communication. Unresponsive . Expensive. Chaotic. Poor quality customer service. On my work order it stated customer had requested rear windshield wiper replaced and I had not made that request; I reached out by text and phone to clarify this and was met with unresponsiveness. I had replaced my own windshield wipers recently so thus service was really not needed. 2 additional suggested tasks I had done elsewhere 2 years ago. One task that I had asked to be done I had to ask whether it had been done or not . Bad overall experience. Want to try other places for my car’s service next time.

I was there longer than expected but Mr. Moody was very nice and helpful with my service appointment and payment process. I usually ask for Paul Smith but he wasn't available at the time of my visit. Mr. Moody was very nice. I just hadn't planned on my visit taking 4 hours.

Representative was not able to find extended service agreement I purchased & was advising $300+ of services needed. When asked about my agreement, I was asked to “send a copy”. It’s paper and not easy to find. Not a great service experience.
