My car sat ready to go for twenty minutes while Earnest was in his office chatting with other workers. I went to the office to let him know that my van was sitting there ready to go and he said he knew that and was working on the paperwork and then he went back to talking to the other men. I waited another ten minutes before he finally told me it was ready. This isn’t the first time that he has done this when I have gone there. I would prefer to not have him as my service personnel again.
Scheduled appointment for recall inspection. Stayed in waiting room for 3hrs only to be told they didn't have the recall replacement part.
Received inspection report at 1130am they didn't bring my car around until 1 hour later and no replacement was done.
I have been dealing with Toyota of Murfreesboro for over 4 years and have had great service
I was told that I got an oil change when I brought it in, but in the notes it says that the oil was topped off for the oil consumption test. A half a liter was added to the 2 quarts I had put in. After waiting for over two hours. In the notes it says to come back after 700 miles but the person that helped me say come back at 500 miles. It was not updated in the paperwork sent to me through email. Very confusing when you hear things from multiple people. I just bought the vehicle and now I’m taking it to go get the tires balanced because I just found out going over 75 the car shakes everywhere, on top of it, having no oil on the dip stick after driving the vehicle for 25 hours.
He was the best service personnel I have ever worked with in a car dealership. Communication was great, and everything done in a timely manner.
Excellent customer service
Appointment at 10am, got my car back at 3pm, was told replacing the visor was warranty work which took longer.... 5 hours. No one came to explain why it was taking so long.
