The service advisor and experience was great. No issues there. We were dissapointed in the way Toyota is handling the ordering of parts for the TSB repair and not giving a definitive time for repairs. This is not a dealership or service complaint. That is all on Toyota. Brittney was great

I was at the dealership for three hours today. The truck was in the service department at least two hours to replace the mud flaps. We received a call saying the parts were in and could bring it at 10. I was told that two of them were replaced and I would have to come back a second time to get the other two replaced. Maybe two were replaced, but they looked dirty when I got home, did not appear to be new. The drivers rear flap is all torn up and was not replaced today, I assume it will be when we come back. I would have waited till all 4 were in, but was under the assumption they were in when we received a call from your department.

Told them we DID NOT want truck washed and they did. We never run our vehicles thru car washes. Hand wash only! Service guy states the had a NO WASH put on dash panel. Either it was never put there or tech cant read.
