They said washer liquid is filled,it was almost empty and windshield blades were worn and never mentioned. All issues came out when I went to Firestone tire shop just 3 miles away to change my tire. Tire shop didn't know I'm from Toyota service

My advisor was very professional and detailed. He provided excellent customer service! The service manager has never turned me away. Unfortunately, the technician(s) have never been able to duplicate the problem that I’m experiencing with what I believe to be my left driver side axle. I’ve returned 3 times and this problem has not been solved. I even went to a different dealer shop and tried to let them diagnose the problem and they told me I needed struts. I paid $1500 and I still have the same problem. It continues to make a bumping sound when I turn left. Im not a mechanic, but I know when something is wrong with my car. I don’t have the money to throw away on a problem that doesn’t exist. I think the sound is going to have to get worse before anyone believes me.

This may sound trivial but I would be more comfortable if the employees would ask if they can open your car door before just yanking it open. I felt like I was going to be patted down next.
