Andrew is courteous polite very knowledgeable and above all I believe completely honest that's what keeps me coming back I've got someone that I can trust in what he says is the truth and as far as everybody else in the service department goes they've all been very very nice to me they've all been very professional going to be perfectly honest I almost look forward to going there except for having to spend my money

All went very well with one exception and that’s when I got ready to pay the bill. Received the option to pay using my phone. I had nothing but problems to the point of giving up trying to use my phone and had to seek help .

This comment box isn't long enough to explain the experience from today. Needless to say, I usually avoid dealerships because of the hassle and difficulty, but this was probably the worst dealership experience that I've had.

We've had to bring it in multiple times now. The original complaint I had came in to see yall about I came in with it for monthsss while it was still under warranty, no one claimed they could hear that noise either then BOOM I suddenly bring it in after 100,000 miles and all of a sudden that noise is figured out, now that it's out of pocket and not covered by warranty, so we get that repaired and I get told vehicle shouldn't make any more noises now, should be like BRAND NEW, to let yall know if it does, so I drive home listening for any noises sure enough original noise is still happening + new & even WORSE sounding noises we've never heard before, example that screeching as heard in the video. Not only that but we've been supposed to take it to KIA to get headlight bulletin taken care of but we keep having to bring it back to yall (been pulled over twice for the headlight issue thankfully by understanding police but still!) this has caused many many inconveniences, we're also getting ready to move into new house, the many end of year school events I've had to walk too, work, etc etc...Escalating this immediately.

Part of my dissatisfaction is my part because I assumed the Diagnostic Fee of $159.99 would be factored in to the repair cost since the sensors did need to be replaced. It was not. I have heard that at other shops and just assumed. The other part was I waited for at least 10 minutes for my car before I realized my car had been parked way up by the entrance. I was brought out after paying over $1300 and told they would bring it to me in the covered drop off area. I watched 3 other people after me have their freshly washed and serviced cars brought to them, before I really started to worry about my car. Then I saw it. As I walked up to it at the entrance, I was disappointed to see it wasn’t even rinsed off. I didn’t expect a detailed wash job, but felt I was robbed of a nice perk. I had an oil change as well, so if a perfunctory wash comes with that, I still didn’t get it. If I had not just witnessed 3 other people pick up washed cars as well as see two other washed vehicles pulled into the waiting area, I would have brushed it off. My car had been finished for at least an hour before I was able to come pick it up. Ample time for the once over. Could it be because the Factory clear coat paint job is failing? Another item I am not happy about! One of your service guys told me the Toyota paint jobs don’t hold up (maybe specifically for certain model years?). Basically, sorry, that’s just how it goes! So I washed it by hand after bringing it home.
