Samantha was awesome. However, Chris Poppin located right outside of her office was VERY rude, unprofessional, abrasive, unfriendly, unapproachable etc. I could go on. It's unfortunate that his BAD behavior diminishes Samatha good customer service.
Has to pay almost $200,for a diagnostic fee for a problem that I told them exactly what needed to be done. If you change the settings for the lock settings, it will disable the fobs and they have tk go in and turn them back on. Don't think I should have had to pay that much

Tires had too much pressure in them. They filled them up to 39 psi front and back. My truck slid in the middle of an intersection when it was raining.

Fez fue espectacular, incluso volveré a colocarle las llantas nuevas que el me recomendó para mi camioneta y muy bien pero no entiendo si tenía unos servicios pagos con mi contrato de compra porque no pude aplicar a ellos si de igual forma ya los había adquirido al compraro camioneta allí, incluso Fez trató de que le los dieran pero dijeron que no! El fue genial … seguro volveré a llámalo para mi próxima visita
