Chris was outstanding. During my service appointment he kept me updated and went over the inspection in detail at the end of my appointment. He's was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He deserves a big thank you from me and Toyota for taking care of customer's the right way.

Smyrna police pulled me over last night due to a driver side tail light being out. I told him I was just at Toyota this morning? Do u not check these? Fortunately the police officer was understanding and there is always the possibility it blew out later in the day so I will give you grace but wanted you to know as I wasn’t given and overview of what was checked. At the very least, they should have provided some kind of alignment report or documentation similar to what Discount Tire or other wheel alignment service centers provide after completing the service. Usually, those reports clearly show the alignment measurements before and after the adjustment — for example, values highlighted in red before the service and turning green once corrected.
I was not given any documentation, pictures, or alignment printout that would allow me to verify whether the alignment issue on my Toyota Highlander was actually fixed properly. For a dealership service, I expected more transparency and proof of the work completed.

Brought my 2026 Grand Highlander (which I bought from your dealership) in to have a catalytic converter replaced under warranty. Told I did not qualify for a loaner vehicle. Then was told the car would be ready by 5pm. Finally got my car back at 6:45. Never received an explanation of the problem or the repair. Not good communications.
