I had an appt and even showed up early. They did not even start on my vehicle until 1 hour 15 minutes after my appointment time which caused me to be late to a business meeting.

Dropped off my car at 8:30 was told it would take a couple of hours for 2 recalls, called at 2:00 and was told it would be ready in a hour and a half left work at 4:45 still no phone call was called back and was told it wasn’t ready and the recalls we no able to be done, I’m sure it was known when u placed the call at 2:00 that the recalls were not going to be able to be done so they should have just told me then instead of waiting until 5:00 to tell me they were not completed. Poor customer service and communication.

Very helpful. I did not have an appointment for service and needed a new battery. He made sure I was taken care of and kept me updated throughout the service of my vehicle.

Robert was very professional when greeting me upon my arrival. I had received another recall notice in the mail. I told him about it and asked if they could address it while I was there. Without hesitation, he confirmed that it could be done. The service was completed in less time than I was given. For this, I was indeed grateful!
