Service was great, but the snack bar was not open for over an hour. Even she returned she kept walking around and it was still closed nearly 2 hours or more.

You did not have the parts to service my car, so I basically wasted two hours when had someone put five minutes of thought into what I needed in the first place, you would have known that you did not have the parts and you needed to order them before I came in to get my car serviced.
