Paul Smith is great! And the service was great. But because they couldnt do everything as parts werent available to complete other needed repairs I was disappointed some repairs couldnt be totally achieved.

When you buy an oil change service plan and an oil change is not needed for that time and the service advisor asks you to use your plan so you will use your plan unnecessarily does not make me happy
