I came in for brake pads and someone took it spin themselves to change the oil when I had the oil changed just 4 weeks ago. Not honest business. Then to say well I guess you’re getting a free oil change. I wasn’t looking for a free service, I was looking for honest business.

My screen is going black sometimes and was told I need to bring it when it’s black to see if it can be fixed. When you turn the car off and back on the screen comes back on, when it’s black the back up camera doesn’t work either. It’s a brand new car and was basically told there is nothing that can be done unless I bring it in when the screen is black, even then there might not be anything that can be done. That maybe an update could fix it but there was no update at the time.
Please turn my auto lights back on after service. This is not something I check because I leave them on auto and this is a safety hazard. Thank you.
Inconsistent in diagnosing “issues”. Three services ago, I was told that my suspension needed to be totally replaced. I will be seeking a second opinion following my service. At that time, I was told by another shop that this was extremely unlikely given the mileage. I returned for two more services, and the alleged issue was not flagged or brought to my attention. At today’s service, I was told that there was a problem with the suspension on the front passenger side. Additionally, fixing this alleged issue with the suspension was quoted thousands of dollars less than the original “diagnosis”. I’m sorry, but it seems borderline fraudulent, and I did not appreciate my representative’s rudeness when this was addressed. It’s unlikely that I will ever return to Toyota of Murfreesboro, as I do not think I can trust the service department.
