I used the shuttle service to go to an appointment. I knew my car would take a long time to complete so I had the shuttle help me with this appointment. Once my appointment was complete I text through the automated system that I needed a shuttle. After no response for over 12 minutes I called the dealership no one answered in service department so receptionist took my message and said she would hand deliver it to Robert. 30 minutes go by and no response about being picked up by a shuttle. I left messages and no one ever got back to me nor was I picked up. I had to find a ride on my own back to the dealership. Robert did not take blame instead he said the shuttle driver said I had a ride. He told me he saw the message but the driver said I had a ride. I told him I reached out multiple times. Your responsibility is to contact me directly not take someone else’s word. It was like he didn’t think he was in the wrong since someone told him I was good. Never reached out to confirm. I am highly disappointed in the way I was treated.
