I’m concerned that my tires were not rotated today. I say that because Alex and the technician came and asked if I knew where the wheel lock was. I said no but it should where it always is because I only bring my vehicle to them. I also said this isn’t the first time the technician’s have had trouble finding it. They walked away and less than 5 minutes later I get a text that my vehicle is ready. I look up and can see it. It’s wet so it’s been washed.
How did they rotate my tires and wash it and bring it it up all in 5 minutes??? I asked Alex if they found the wheel lock and he said yes.
Don’t they need the wheel lock to remove the tires so they can actually rotate them????

The problem we brought the car in for was not fixed. Advisor indicated when our vehicle was test driven the squeaking noise could not be replicated. Lo and behold on my wife’s drive home from the dealership the squeaks returned and are repeating themselves as she drives.Dissappointrfthat the problem was noy identified and corrected. It seems like the$159 diagnostic fee should be returned to me sine nothing was actually diagnosed
