Personnel at Toyota of Murfreesboro are very Professional all the time. Kandyse was great. Mike is very knowable in all areas and can pinpoint a problem within minuets.

It's nice to have a home town dealership to count on for service. Unfortunately , my longtime and loyal service manager Niki Byrd was unavailable today but the rest of the team at Toyota of Murfreesboro stepped in to make sure that I was completely satisfied, from David the tire manager that cut me a fantastic deal on a couple of tires, to Paul in service that made sure that was treated with the same respect that I received from Niki Byrd. Paul found me the best deal for my service. Stayed in constant communication while my car was being serviced, followed up with through communication at the end of the service on what was done and what I could anticipated will be needed in the future service. It's a great feeling to know that i'm driving an eight year old car on the road and it is safe an well maintained in leaves me in total confidence that I will have many more miles because of the good care I get at Toyota of Murfreesboro, thank you service team
