Alex is super, he's very professional and a good getter. He even asked if I wanted a free wash, which I never want, but Alex actually wrote it on the work order. Very pleased with my experience today, Alex was great and the technician, Dillon who did the work was a really nice guy.
I know their main job is to upsell, but what he showed me in the beginning.And what he showed me at the end were two completely different things.

I sure am glad the 10000 mile service was covered by the two year warranty because I can’t afford to pay $184.00 for service I can get for $85.00 locally. I will bring info to support this when I come in to have my truck serviced under warranty next month.

I went to Discount Tire bcuz they provided the tires I have on the car & charged me &99.00 just to do the back tires for alignment then suggested a mechanic down the street. I told him No Toyota & Tire Discount only works on this car.

Not only that but he showed & proved to me how the other place gave a false report to me & of course he trashed it and I didn’t blame him. If y’all,(yeah), from Texas can match Discount Tires prices when I need them then I ONLY have to get my car serviced at TOYOTA at MURFREESBORO!!! I drive my car to & from work, and to appointment’s which are local. I can fill my tank of gas for 1 yeah JUST 1 month b4 I have to fill again.
