The notice for “scheduled maintenance is needed soon” or whatever that alert is still shows up every time I start my vehicle. Additionally, not everything was put back in the glove box and was in about five locations inside the vehicle.
Was told that they might not get to me after I showed up early for my appointment. Then they kept me waiting over two hours to ‘diagnose’ what I already told them was wrong - driver’s door isn’t opening (actuator needs replacing). Had to order the part for a known, common issue with 2018 Camry. Should have parts on hand and since it’s a known issue, shouldn’t be charging me over $800 to fix it at my next appointment. Very dissatisfied with the level of care and efficiency. Should not require 2 visits and several hours for something that should be free.
Prompt and courteous. When asking for a service to be done, he informed me that it wasn't due for 10k miles which I appreciated

I’m frustrated that my 3 year old car is just outside my warranty and needs a transmission. Not frustrated with the actual team or anyone there. Just in general. It’s too new and only 72k miles.
