Kind, timely, and looked out for my benefit by letting me know what recommendations could wait till the next maintenance check up without jeopardizing my safety. He also offered a ride to my home since the wait would be long, I declined, but the offer was nice.

Chris did a great job with our tire repair. However, I do think that if we are quoted $40 for a patch, the cost should be $40 plus tax. The $5 additional miscellaneous charge feels deceptive. If you’re going to charge $45 for the repair, say so up front.
