My appointment was for a 5k service and to inspect brake squealing. When I arrived I encouraged to skip my 5k service and do my 10k service even though I'm only at 8k miles. Then I was told there's nothing they can do about my brakes. While I waited I researched further and found a toyota service bulletin for the brake squealing. When the service rep returned I pointed out the service bulletin. I was immediately met with push back that a toyota certified tech has to observe the issue and I have schedule to come back on another day and plan to leave the car even though that's what I made my appointment for and was initially dismissed. I was also told unless the certified tech observes the issue then toyota will not cover this issue when its clearly under warranty. I asked this to be noted in my record to ensure that it is known that I identified this issue while under warranty and I was told that's not possible. I feel my concerns were disregarded and until I mentioned the service bulletin he acted as if this isn't a known issue. Once I mentioned the bulletin it felt like I was now told it is an issue but we don't believe you. I found this frustrating and I felt like he was trying to also talk me out of receiving my 5k service so toyota isn't having to honor our agreement when I bought a car with a warranty. I hope for a better outcome when I come back to the appointment with the certified tech that I had to ask for.

They sold my wife on an alignment because your the sensors you drive through said her car was off. Those are there to try and sell alignments. That car does not pull to either side. Since they ended up performing the alignment, they said the right side was off which in reality, according to the documentation it was actually the left side. Lastly, it is not right that this wasn’t covered under our warranty as it could have been out of alignment when we bought the car. I will definitely be considering other options in the future.

First time for service since I purchased the vehicle at your dealership. It was a pleasure meeting Jeromy. From the time I arrived until leaving, Jeromy was very professional, listened to one item I had a question about since purchase, and made sure the service was completed as required. Very pleasant for my first trip to your Service Department.
