Brittany was amazing. I was told that I need a new transmission. I’m glad that I got a second opinion with Toyota of Murfreesboro. Turns out I didn’t need a new transmission and my vehicle is just fine.
All interactions exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with the service I received.
I thought he was really nice and fast even though he seemed new. My only "complaint" is usually at the end of the service you sit down with the advisor and get alittle review on everything, and id usually get a physical copy of the inspection report and I didn't. He gave me my keys and I left. He was very nice and professional, just alittle diffrent than I was used to. Would recommend though:)

From the minute I drove up, she was not very friendly. She gives off the vibe that she doesn’t like her job very well. She did not give me an update. After 2 hours I had to ask for an update. I expected better customer service from Toyota.
