2 and a half hoursfor an oil change is excessive
Everything was great except my seats (passenger especially) and arm rests had extreme dirt/oil on them. I had to come home and clean it. Ugh!
The guys need to put paper or plastic down to protect the upholstery.
And to follow-up, I honestly think my 4Runner had been ready for a little bit. Awfully odd, that when I checked, and the two ladies checked, it was driven into the garage rather quickly.

Maria was awesome! I got there at 6:55 and at 7 she treated me with a smile and was super helpful. I was out in 30 minutes and she escorted me to my truck. Could not have been a better experience, Maria seems to be an asset to your team.
My advisor was really professional, and he was going above and beyond with me and the other customers at the same time doing multitask professionally and quickly, and gave me a good results for my diagnosing issues.
