Job well done would be an understatement! Jeromy worked me in without an appointment a day after I got in contact with him about the issue I was having. I could go on and on about the top notch customer service I received today by Jeromy and his crew. It feels nice to be taken care of by people who take pride in their work! After getting the run around by my local dealer, it was no problem to make the 2 hour drive to Murfreesboro to be taken care of by the best! Keep up the amazing work, and I thank you!

Fez communicated next steps. The No is because your technician caused an additional issue with my sunroof and now I have to make another trip to have him try to fix it - and… I brought the car in with the inside cover closed at the least the tech should have attempted to close and document it is now malfunctioning. Also, not Fez but yet another complaint by me of Jeremy…. His dismissive attitude is so unprofessional. If Toyota sends me a text about Tire Scan and I inquire about it - please don’t dismiss it as just the welcome text… when I clearly am reading and showing you what it says. Fez after this frustration came to explain it’s a new system with glitches.
