Brought my 2026 Grand Highlander (which I bought from your dealership) in to have a catalytic converter replaced under warranty. Told I did not qualify for a loaner vehicle. Then was told the car would be ready by 5pm. Finally got my car back at 6:45. Never received an explanation of the problem or the repair. Not good communications.

I always appreciate great customer service as I hate to have my car serviced; the time, the money, the inconvenience, but I always get great service at Toyota of Murfreesboro. They are thorough and they let you know what needs your attention urgently and what can wait a little while. I feel that they are honest and do great work and I usually wait on my vehicle so they try to get it done within my time frame.
