Chris was great. My only issue was Ive never been to have service where soft drinks and snacks were not offered free. that caught me off , but easy fix I will bring my own next time.

No!!! Marie did her job but the service department scratched my door in three places!! Now I’m going to have to see what they are willing to do to fix the problem! I want to speak to the OWNER of the Murfreesboro Toyota!, not the manager. This is the second time they have screwed up my truck! So we will see what they do to fix the problem!

Ken was fantastic at helping me. However when I went to leave and started my car, my oil maintenance required light was still on. I went back to ask Ken for help and he was not in his office. I asked the closest employee for help and he attempted to help and it seemed to work at the time however later the light remained on. I looked on YouTube and turned it off myself.
