Today. Day aftr oil change. Saw oil under my truck. Leaking from drain plug. Was only finger tight. I snugged it up. Lucky im a mechanic. This is uncalled for and could have cost me an engine. I called tletalk to you or a nanager with no success. Pkease call me ****-****-xxxx.

Had an appt @11am & they finally finished. I arrived back to dealership @1pm & vehicle was not in shop yet. Wesley was at lunch & advisor told me they thought had all afternoon since I didn’t wait in dealership. I am not happy took 3 hours for a simple oil change

Way to long of a wait. Took 10 to 15 min for someone to speak to me. Then told it would be a min 2 hr wait to get ac freon. check. So I said no to that. Then it still took 1hr 50 minutes just to rotate tires and do a visual inspection! I asked for a service

This experience has convinced me not to purchase my wife's vehicle from this location. And i was looking. I know that probably doesn't matter to y'all, but if enough people feel the way I did today, it will start to affect you. Then, the service manager seemed like he really didn't give a damn. That was the icing on the cake.
