Chris did a great job with our tire repair. However, I do think that if we are quoted $40 for a patch, the cost should be $40 plus tax. The $5 additional miscellaneous charge feels deceptive. If you’re going to charge $45 for the repair, say so up front.

Do not ever again waste my time with your surveys. I find them very annoying. You are sending messages to Elise , not John, who is my husband. I am the primary driver of the car, although my husband does enjoy driving the RAV4
