The service was great and I trust the work done. My only complaint is that it took 5 hours. I know Saturdays are busy and appointments should help with that but it just seemed like a long time when it was originally quoted as 2 to 2 1/2 hours for service and the recall.

Service manager was very helpful and seemed concerned about the issues I were having with my Tundra. The service department diagnosed the issues and did the necessary repairs in a timely manner. I thak her and the technician.
You don’t have to call me. The only issue is the wait time. I waited 90 minutes for an oil change. It’s hard to justify that when you make an appointment. It happens every time I schedule service. I have the service plan but once that expires I don’t plan on renewing it because of the wait times.
I appreciate how Toyota treats me each time I call or have to bring my car for service. I have had great service even before making my final purchase. Paul was extremely courteous and made sure I was well taken care of.

2nd time in service. I would fire the advisor. I never want to deal with him again. Im a human being, not a number. Take a second to answer my questions and not treat me like ur some cowboy herding cattle to a slaughter truck.

My wait to get taken care of was minimal considering how busy the Service Center always is. Everyone is always so pleasant and always answer my questions.
I came in to get an oil change and a tire rotation, and I was told my car would be washed with those services I picked up the car in the car was not washed.
