I get great service whenever I bring my truck in for service.
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my 20,000-mile maintenance visit today. Following a tire rotation, my vehicle exhibited severe vibration and noise coming specifically from the front driver side—a clear indication of a mechanical failure.
Upon my return to the dealership, the service manager test-drove the vehicle and subsequently tightened the loose lug bolts. However, I am deeply concerned by the lack of professional accountability that followed. Despite performing the repair, the manager claimed he 'heard no noise' and refused to acknowledge the technician’s oversight.
To have a vehicle returned to a customer with unsecured wheels is a critical safety failure. To then be met with dismissal rather than a transparent apology is unacceptable. They clearly explained the entire service process, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel completely confident and comfortable.
What truly stood out was their honesty and transparency. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services and made sure I fully understood what my vehicle actually needed. The work was completed on time and with outstanding quality.
