Kandyse Niece, is a very respectful, nice & kind young lady. She takes her job very serious & always make sure that I'm okay with waiting or do I need a courtesy ride. You have to be a people person to work with the public & Kandyse is definitely the one.

This is kind of unrelated to my service this past weekend . I purchased my truck from you and where I payed it off they mailed my title to my old address and I never got it and I don’t know what to do . Any help would be greatly appreciated ????

My truck was serviced and I had a nail in my tire I wanted to get plugged. Work was completed, so we thought. I don’t drive my truck a lot through the week. Started down the road and noticed my truck tire light was on. Turned around and went home to notice the same nail was still in my tire but has been moved to the rear, as I had my tires rotated. Went back to service department yesterday and explained to Paul Smith what was going on. Long story short the tire couldn’t be plugged due to location of the nail. The condition of the tire was never discussed with Paul or me by the technician. The bill indicated that the tire was completed. I wasted additional time on Saturday that should’ve been done the week prior. A new tire has to be purchased. Paul was a professional and said he would address this issue with the technician. I do question what else is potentially missed or not performed when you trust and pay for services.

I have always been impressed with my experience and service at Toyota. Today I was not. Alex was very dismissive when I asked that he make sure they reset my tires sensors after rotation. He was smug and said “that only needs to be done if the tire is cracked”. My last service they were reset after the rotation so when I had a low tire alert it was reading the wrong one was low on my dash. It had nothing to do with the “ tire being cracked” whatever that even means.

I had a list of four things I requested be addressed at my appointment. That didn’t happen. At checkout, I had to ask about 2 of the 4 things. One they tried to correct after I paid, but it didn’t work. The alarms/alerts when I get too close to an object from the front still don’t work. On the other issue, the service manager did drive with me but could not figure out the issue. Pretty disappointed overall. Now I have to go somewhere else to figure out why I’m having these two issues.

Fawaz Anbar was very helpful and super kind. Definitely made my experience at Toyota memorable he even walked me out to my car when I came to pick it up that was a first for me and I got my car in 2022 and have brought it to the same dealership for regular oil changes. He even apologized for it taking longer even though I didn’t have an appointment scheduled which I thought was very nice. Fawaz was very genuine which is harder to come by in dealerships!

Servicing my car was I’m sure top notch, the only problem I had was my car had white spots left all over it from the complimentary car wash. When my car was ready I noticed it had been thru a car wash with little to any drying time. After leaving i noticed my car, the windows and any black trim had white spots all over it. I did call Samantha because I really didn’t know if the spots were due to a finishing rinse or wax left on my car but-she said they were water spots and my car probably didn’t get dried long enough. This hasn’t happened at any previous servicing appt’s and will be Leary about it the next time.
