3 hour wait time for routine service
I had a tire patched. I didn’t look at it when I left. Go out to my garage and look this morning and see a white paste all over the tire and rim. They asked me before the service started if I wanted a car wash and I said no but I thought I would at least be getting my car back as clean as I brought it in

Other than waiting two hours and ten minutes to have a tire patched, the service was good. I had a 3:00 appointment and my car was ready at 5:10.

I feel like the technician did not take time to find the hole in my tire. My tire was completely flat when I woke up. I put air in tire so I could make it there. I was told we cannot find anything wrong with tire from the c service advisor Samantha. A tire does not go flat unless something is wrong. I saw screw in tire the day before. I assumed it came out. I had to take my car somewhere else today because the tire light was on. They found a small hole in the tire.
Truck has had an engine warranty issue that took years to replace and now a function of the camera failed with only 53K miles. I was told warranty is over. Looks like I bought a lemon. Probably time to check with an attorney on what constitutes a lemon for recourse.
I have always gotten great service at Toyota. I have no complaints. Every person I’ve dealt with treats me with respect and courtesy.
Chris was amazing. He made sure I got great and speedy service. I was going to buy tires from Costco, but he showed me why I should buy them from Toyota. I felt a lot safer on the way home with my new tires!
She was prompt getting me in and out while I had a pair of toddlers with me.
