Maria was awesome! I got there at 6:55 and at 7 she treated me with a smile and was super helpful. I was out in 30 minutes and she escorted me to my truck. Could not have been a better experience, Maria seems to be an asset to your team.
My advisor was really professional, and he was going above and beyond with me and the other customers at the same time doing multitask professionally and quickly, and gave me a good results for my diagnosing issues.
The facility was really clean and nice and all the employees were helpful on doing their job on perfect way

Fawaz took good care of my car needs, I recommended him to all my friends, he took the time to understand my car issues and addressed them promptly. Fawaz’s knowledge and costumer service exceeded my expectations.
It took nearly 2 hours to get my oil changed even though I made an appointment. Then after waiting so long I had to look for the advisor because I had not received any update. When I sound him and we went to his office. He immediately tells me I may lose my lifetime warranty benefits because I missed the 120,000 service. I don’t recall being told that. When I started asking if I had declined the service previously, he started telling me how this is my responsibility and suggested I read my manual.
I have come there to get my car serviced for 3 years. I would expect to get help/guidance from my service advisor. Not to be blamed for not knowing about repairs and maintenance schedules. He even had the nerve to suggest writing all of the service requirements on the back of my receipt. I did not care for his tone and I was late to work.

Andrew was friendly and engaging from the first and later I saw him at the grocery store and he was just as nice off the job as on the job!! He represented Toyota of Murfreesboro very well. He went “above board”explaining what I can expect in future visits and even wrote it down for me. He offered to help me with future trips to Toyota of Murfreesboro and said I could ask for him.
