Selena was very professional and helpful???? , I am disappointed that my hood was left open, and I notice it until I got on the highway and my truck started to beep,this was very unsafe and lack of inspection before my truck left the shop

I noticed that the form said that I did not consent to a tire pressure check on my spare… I would have done so if I had been asked. Not a big deal, but please do so in the future.

I don’t like that you charge a 3% fee for credit cards. I don’t like using my debit card. A company as large as Five Star Automotive should not have to charge that fee. You also tried to cancel my appointment the day before. I got a call that you were overbooked and that you would not be able to take my vehicle for service. You ended up keeping my appointment because I said I would drop it off until the next day. Despite this, I still got a message within 2 hours of dropping off that my car was done. I question myself every time I bring my car here.
