First you told me my nearly 2 year old car needed a wheel alignment. Then your service department turned off my auto lights. They also changed the display.

Aaron was nice. Issue was waiting 2 hours for a 30 minute fix and then they recommended $900 worth of unnecessary work. Another issue was the “language “ of broken when it came to warranty work

The advisor explained to me that the service would take 1.5-2 hours, ended up being 3 hours. After service was complete there were no further explanations about next steps or how to address concerns found during inspection.
