It took almost 1:45 to complete my service (oil change and check fluids). I am not sure the point of having an appointment if it takes this long to complete the work. It is clear nobody cares about the customers time.
The service was very good. Also the person at the counter was a great help in working out a price match I requested.

My RAV4 started shaking on July 4. I parked it and waited till Monday the sixth and brought it in first thing in the morning Adriana greeted me with a smile. Listen to everything I had to say about the car and Tony it would be OK. They would have it checked out by 3 o’clock that afternoon. I got the diagnosis by 3. it needed spark plugs and they could fix it by that evening, which they did. I wasn’t able to get it to the next morning and said I’d be there by nine. And when I couldn’t get there at nine, Adriana offered to have me picked up, which was very nice. However, I did not need that and my daughter brought me up. I was very satisfied with my customer service at Toyota.
Sam was great and the vehicle was completed fast. Normally they do a complimentary car wash so I was a little disappointed they did not this time. It adds a small care factor after.

My paperwork said that I had a complementary car wash and when I looked at the car when I got home, it wasn’t actually washed. Everything else is great though.

Before making my 15,000 mile service appt, I asked what exactly was needed. A tire rotation was all that was needed so made my appointment. Once there i was informed I needed a brake fluid flush. I was upset as I counted on my dealer helping me take the best care of my vehicle. Didn't have enough cash to get the needed brake fluid change and refuse to pay your stupid credit card charge so left in a mad mood.
She is very professional and nice . Great at her job
