An oil change with an appointment on a new vehicle should never take 2 hours. If it’s going to actually take that long, an accurate estimate would be appreciated at the time I show up. Was told 1-1.5hrs.
Car is fixed, good service. No complaints on my end.
A 2 hour wait for a tire rotation and oil change was unacceptable. Aaron did the best that he could.
I was sold a fuel induction service that I did not need. I was caught off guard and said yes to it before I did research and found out that it was not included in the scheduled routine maintenance recommendations.
Selena went above and beyond to take care of all details. Thank you
Good communication - vehicle was ready when promised.
Should give veterans discounts
Nice guy, followed up when he had more information and answered the questions I asked in a timely manner.
Everyone is very nice and friendly. Very helpful. My car looked great after it was washed too!!!
Well, I brought the car in for maintenance. Water Pump, Timing Belt, etc. After taking the car home and then a few days later driving it stalled. It would only start and drive for about 50ft. I had it towed to you to diagnose.
A tech called me at 7:30 AM stating I needed a new battery so he could diagnose it. I said the battery was fine. We had no issues with it. So he told me if I didn't buy a battery there was nothing they could do. So I was like can you just put an used battery in to diagnose while you charge mine?
SOOO, now I go pick the battery up and learn the mechanic installed the drive belt incorrectly and it shredded causing the massive load drain on the battery and effectively killing it.
After about 45 minutes the gal at the counter was able to zero out my bill with no charge. TY. I believe that is exactly how it should have been in the beginning.
However, during the install of the new battery the mechanic broke off part of the battery cover.
As a note I have to let you know this is a 24yo Lexus SC430. One of the Hand-Built ones. It only has about 45K miles on it and is in 100% original condition. So, it is a little upsetting to have a car that has been well cared for its entire life have broken parts because of a careless mechanic. And the worst part was, the mechanic literally just placed the broken plastic over the battery like it didn't happen. I guess he/she was hoping nobody would notice. I did show it to the mechanic and the counter gal before driving off. This could have easily fallen off and landed on the moter then melted all over it. That would have been a nightmare. I am glad I caught it before it happened. Maybe y'all should talk to your employees about doing things like this. Also, the battery box does cost between $120-$200 from my internet search. I would be happy if Toyota bought and replaced this item you broke for me.
Staff always always nice .
I have always gotten great service at Westside Toyota which is why I keep coming back to them. Also I love my RAV4 hybrid and I plan to keep it for years.
Extremely helpful and efficient, knowledgeable of the process and understanding of my time.
Thanks, Allan.
I was impressed with their time management skills. But on the other hand seems like all the employees are always in a rush. No one communicates properly, me and my family have been buying cars from there for over 20 years, but we will never return.
Selena was very professional and courteous checking me in and checking my car out with payment process. I recommend her ...great job.
Great job taking care of my vehicle and giving me shuttle service as well.
