First of all I like to thank you for the thorough inspection and video that was done by the maintenance department. Keep in mind the car I took for service was my 2024 RAV4 Hybrid, which is 2.5 years old with 42K miles. One of the things they found wrong was the oil gasket is leaking and needs to be resealed with some epoxy. It sounds like a defective seal from the manufacturer, in my opinion it should have been some rubber seal, that could handle heat. Anyway, I was a bit disappointed that the same extensive inspection was not done earlier when the car had less than 36K miles and still under warranty. A different issue that I was really disappointed is the misleading advertising. I received a card in the mail from the Nirth Olmsted Toyota dealership about maintenance services. When I scan the QR code under offers it said oil change starting at $69.99. I assumed that will be my price for the oil change since my car doesn’t take extra oil and you know what cars I have. In the past I was given up to $30 loyalty discount. Keep in mind that I have been driving Toyotas since 1988, most of my life. Having the car there for the recall at the same time, the sales people should have a leeway to honor the discount and not trying to justify not applying it by telling me, that’s for non synthetic oil, which the ad didn’t mention and who is driving non synthetic nowadays. I hope someone reads this and the management makes some improvements when it comes to customer care. Having said that, I like to give special thanks to the young guy from a sales department who helped connecting my phone to the screen and suggesting that when I have two phones in the car to take the one off the blue tooth.

When I reached out, Adrianna was very helpful answering my questions and assuring the proper services were being completed. Upon entering the service area I was greeted by Rick who always addresses me by name and honored a request to use a coupon before paying. He and Adrianna treat customers with respect. They truly listen and want to due best by their customers.

I asked for 1 thing to be gone over and got nothing. I asked and they said my lights were good and I said yes they are because I told you I put new ones in today. And I said okay and went with it and then I go to get in my truck and for the second time in a row the car wash was not running so I left and went down the street and $20 to have it look better. I was going to have it washed the other day and I said no, toyota will do it. Maybe this was a wake up that I should just go elsewhere but we will see. Ill give 1 more chance but doesn't look very promising. I asked for 1 thing specifically and you guys just didn't produce. Thanks for nothing

I am sorry, but I will not be returning my car to this location. I’m even upset that I had even made a purchase with this dealership. That’s all I need to say very rude. Definitely not customer care service anymore at this location.

Your service charge for a credit card will deter me from large purchases for the future. I need tires BUT a 3% service charge on more than $1000 I cannot accept. Your lost.

Took a long time Emails were confusing I thought someone would call or text All the recommendations were the opposite of the team at Bedford Toyota for repairs so very frustrating!
