The advisor explained to me that the service would take 1.5-2 hours, ended up being 3 hours. After service was complete there were no further explanations about next steps or how to address concerns found during inspection.
Kenric was courteous and professional. He did what he said he would do by getting the information I requested and ordering the parts needed. I would be happy to have Kenric help me again in the future.
