Your 3% credit card fee on the total cost of the invoice is a scam. If you must charge this fee perhaps consider a set cost. It is the cost of doing business and you have enough “miscellaneous” cost already built into your prices!!!! Thank you! Salena was great!

9% add-on charge without informing ahead of time is egregious. Services were well-done, but paying a higher-than-average install fee with no heads up on added fee isn’t good business practice.

Every one was very personal and polite and did a good job in customer service. The one area of improvement would be the sound quality of the video sent to my phone from the technician. With background noise I was not able to understand what he was saying. Also I was disappointed that when I asked it there were any discounts for Seniors or AAA there were none. Over all experience was good. Thank you Ed
