KJ provided outstanding service during my recent visit. My RAV4 needed significant work on the struts and brakes, and the total cost was initially more than I was prepared for. KJ took the time to explain the needed repairs clearly, listened to my financial concerns, and worked with me respectfully to find a solution that fit my budget.
Because of his help, I was able to complete all of the recommended repairs at Westside Toyota instead of delaying the brake work or taking the vehicle elsewhere to shop around. That made a real difference. He was professional, patient, honest, and solution-oriented throughout the appointment. I left feeling that I had been treated fairly and that my safety and budget both mattered.
KJ is the reason I chose to have the full service completed at Westside Toyota. He represents the dealership extremely well and deserves recognition for excellent customer care.

Low air pressure sensor came on 3 miles from leaving the Toyota Service . Got home and check my tire pressure and they all register 32 psig. So now I need to contact the dealership to have them to see if it is a bad sensor

When I drop my car off, they told me that I was overdue for all these services because my mileage. I just came in for an oil change and my final bill was 16 or $1700. They told me I needed all this stuff I was overdue and then when I went to pay for it, they told me your hundred thousand mile tuneup is done. Which means I didn’t need anything done yet that they did today. It was a waste of my money. I only had 85,000 miles on my car so I should’ve never had any of the work done today that they told me I needed. may never go to Toyota again.

I do have a feeling like alignment "problem" after just one year of using this 2025 Toyota wasn't really a problem yet; was a readon for the Dealer service to make some more money.On the screen i saw to all the cars was recommended alignment. Sorry, if I am wrong.Google told me to do alignment when I feel some things..when I am driving. Being a old woman, I didn't realized in a minute what could happen to my car , even if I was surprised just after one year I already have issues. Thank you, anyway for the perfect explanation of the clerk to make me decide right away!
