Adrianna kept me informed about my vehicle throughout the process and was clear in helping me decide what was necessary to repair and what may not have been. The payment process was upfront and easy.
My car was in the shop for a week and a half. Every time I was told I'd get an update in "a couple days," I needed to call on the third day to see what was going on. Adrianna was very helpful, but I wish I didn't have to reach out myself to see where my car was. Overall, I'm satisfied with my service, just not 100% satisfied.
Overall, I am mostly satisfied with the service we just received. I just wanted to make a couple of suggestions: I really appreciated getting the video from the mechanic, but it wouldn't play on my phone. It buffered a few seconds in and got hung up. I also couldn't hear what he was saying. I called customer service (3:52pm) and that rep sent it as an email. I was able to watch it, but the audio was still difficult to hear. I approved the additional charges on the phone with that particular rep, but I didn't receive any kind of confirmation (either text or email). I called later (5:17) to see if the car was being worked on because I didn't get any status updates and that rep said everything was done and I could pick up our car. She didn't say anything about your office being closed and my husband thought he had seen a sign on the door that said you were open until 7pm (but that may have been for the showroom). We went to pick it up and luckily there was a mechanic who helped us and another customer get our cars. I think there was just a gap in communication between the customer service line and the actual people onsite. The experience was just a little haphazard. Just wanted to give you some feedback in case you weren't aware.
Selena took care of handling all aspects of the service today on my Rav4. Your service department continues to impress with their attention to customer service. Thank you!

I love all the staff at Westside Toyota they make car buying and service are easy and fast. Have recommend them to family and friends.
I don't believe the associate who initially assisted me checked my car in properly. He seemed like in inconvenienced him when I got there. After waiting a little over 2 hours a different associate was kind enough to check what car I was waiting for. He informed me it would still take additional time. It took over 3 hours for a routine maintenance appointment.
